摘要
新媒体技术的广泛应用对研究生导师的权威带来了挑战,对导师的新媒体技术能力提出了更高要求,调整了导师对研究生教育教学的评价,为研究生教育教学的形式创新和质量提升提供了方向。指向角色重塑、内容供给策略转变、研究生实践能力跃升的互动式作业完成等教育教学实践表明,新媒体技术视域下,导师的教育教学实践活力显著,有助于提升研究生的学术理论修养和实践能力。
The wide application of new media technology has brought challenges to the authority of graduate advisors,putting forward higher requirement for the advisors’new media technology ability,requiring the necessary adjustment of the advisors’educational and teaching evaluation.At the same time,the wide application of new media technology also provides more possibilities for the quality improvement and form innovation of graduate education.The teaching experiment,which involves the transformation of ideas,the change of content supply strategy,the reversal of classroom practice,and the improvement of students’practical ability,shows that,under the condition of new media technology,graduate education can have more growth and vitality,which is helpful to enhance the academic theory accomplishment and practical ability of graduate students.
