新工科背景下地方高校校企协同育人模式的探索与实践——以中原工学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 新工科建设给高等学校工科人才培养改革带来了新的挑战,也给地方本科高校弯道超车提供了新的契机,作为地方本科高校本项目在环境工程专业和给排水科学与工程专业中进行了一些校企协同育人方面的探索与实践。通过课程资源整合、实验实践集中、参与工程项目等方法加以实施,16名“实验班”学生培养获得了较好的就业、升学机会。本项目的成功经验可以为兄弟院校工科专业人才培养提供借鉴。 The construction of new engineering disciplines brings new severe challenges to the reform of engineering talents training in colleges and universities,as well as new opportunities for local undergraduate colleges and universities.As a local undergraduate university,we take environmental engineering and water supply and drainage science and engineering as example to do some experiments and explorations in school-enterprise collaborative education.Through the integration of curriculum resources,the concentration of experimental practice and the participation of engineering projects,16 students from the“experimental class”have obtained better employment and entrance opportunities.The successful experience of this project can provide some beneficial experience for personnel training of engineering in local universities.
