吉林省禁养区规范调整排查与分析研究

Investigation and Analysis of Regulation Adjustment in Prohibited Breeding Areas in Jilin Province

针对2019年以来中国生猪产能明显下滑,猪肉供应相对紧张的问题,吉林省落实国务院有关要求及省政府工作部署,以县为单位组织开展了全省畜禽养殖禁养区划定全面性排查工作。基本查明了全省禁养区的数量、面积、划定依据、畜禽(生猪)产能、对畜禽养殖的影响等情况,将无法律法规依据划定的禁养区全部调出,超过法律法规规定范围划定的禁养区全部调整,分析了禁养区划定调整中遇到的问题,并提出了相应防治措施和建议。

In view of the obvious decline in China's pig production capacity since 2019 and the relative shortage of pork supply,Jilin province has implemented the relevant requirements of the state council and the work deployment of the provincial government,and organized a comprehensive investigation on the demarcation of prohibited areas for livestock and poultry breeding in the whole province.Basic quantity,area,found out the province's ban area defined basis,livestock and poultry(pigs)capacity,impact on livestock and poultry breeding,etc.,there can be no laws and regulations according to delimit the ban area all out,to delimit the scope of more than laws and regulations ban area all adjustment,analyses the ban area defined the problems in the adjustment,and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures and suggestions.
