基于扬尘污染防控的建筑工程质量监督方法研究

Research on Quality Supervision Method of Construction Engineering Based on Dust Pollution Prevention and Control

针对传统建筑工程质量监督方法扬尘污染防控效果较差的问题,提出一种基于扬尘污染防控的建筑工程质量监督方法,建立一个全面的建筑工程质量监督体系,其中包括间接监督子体系、直接监督子体系以及委托监督子体系,通过这三个子体系相结合实现建筑工程的初步质量监督,建立一个建筑工程质量监督机制对建筑工程施工项目的所有参与主体的质量行为实施二次管理与监督,包括设计单位、施工企业与建设企业等,并对建筑工程质量监督体系的相关监督行为进行监督与管理,综合构建的建筑工程质量监督体系与建筑工程质量监督机制,基于扬尘污染防控构建建筑工程质量监督管理平台,实现建筑工程的质量监督。

In view of the poor effect of dust pollution prevention and control in traditional construction engineering quality supervision methods,this paper puts forward a construction engineering quality supervision method based on dust pollution prevention and control,and establishes a comprehensive construction engineering quality supervision system,which includes indirect supervision sub-system,direct supervision sub-system and entrusted supervision sub-system.Through the combination of these three sub-systems to achieve the preliminary quality supervision of construction projects,the paper establishes a quality supervision mechanism of construction projects to implement secondary management and supervision of the quality behavior of all participants in construction projects,including design units,construction enterprises and construction enterprises,and to the quality of construction projects.
