摘要
限于现有史料不足,有关明代寄庄户的研究一直局限于明中后期。通过对新发现的明洪武三年(1370)处州府小黄册中所载寄庄户的解读和分析,可以明确明初寄庄户登载格式的两个特点:一是在文书中明确登载为寄庄户身份,二是其登载信息中仅载田产不见人丁。另外,明初寄庄户在其寄籍地不仅要承担里甲正役,还需担负各类杂泛差役,但具体到某一寄庄户时,其只承担一种差役,并非二者同时担负。
Due to the insufficiency of the existing historical data,the research on the absentee landlords in the Ming Dynasty has been limited to the middle and late Ming Dynasty.Through the interpretation and analysis of the small yellow register files newly discovered of Chuzhou in 1370,this paper clarifies the two characteristics of the absentee landlords'registration form in the early Ming Dynasty:(1)The identity of the absentee landlords has been clarified.(2)The land property information is registered in the files,but no population.The absentee landlords in their place of origin not only had to undertake the main service of the Li Jia,but also had to undertake various kinds of miscellaneous corvée.However,one absentee landlord only need to undertake one kind of corvée.
