Pesticide operation is an essential part in the whole pesticide management chain,as well as a bridge and link connecting pesticide production and use.In order to implement Pesticide Operation Licensing system better and facilitate operation,Hebei Province has formulated the relevant supporting regulations,and has continuously enhanced it in work practice,and further improved the examination and approval process to solve practical problems and effectively promoted the implementation of pesticide management licensing system in the province.
