摘要
痉挛型脑瘫患者由于大脑上运动神经元损伤,临床表现为与该受损神经相关的的肌肉肌张力过高。痉挛对于脑瘫儿童的生长发育有很大的影响,正确评定痉挛是医生诊断和制定康复方案的基础。国内外主要的痉挛评估方法分为主观和客观评估,主观评估多为痉挛量表评估,客观评估有生物力学辅助和神经生理辅助评估。对每种评估方法的局限性进行了总结,并在此基础上提出了今后痉挛评估方法的研究方向。
Due to the damage of upper motor neurons,the muscle tension related to the injured nerve in spastic cerebral palsy patients is high.Spasticity has a significant negative influence on the growth and development of children with cerebral palsy.Correct evaluation of spasticity is the basis for doctors to diagnose and make rehabilitation plans.The main methods of spasticity assessment including subjective and objective assessment.Most of the subjective evaluation is spasticity scale assessment.The objective evaluation includes the biomechanical and electrophysiological assessment.In current review,the limitations of each evaluation method were summarized and the research direction of the spasticity evaluation method in the future was put forward.
