摘要
以科学监测和精准督导为抓手,全域推进义务教育优质均衡发展是长沙教育近年来不懈努力的方向。促进区域优质均衡发展,需在教育信息化大背景下,借助大数据,让区域优质均衡教育督导从经验指导走向实证引领。对长沙市X区进行实证数据分析,该区需进一步提高义务教育保障水平,优化学校办学条件,优化师资队伍结构,缩小区域内校际差异。
Taking scientific monitoring and precise supervision as the starting point,promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in the whole region is the direction of Changsha Education’s unremitting efforts in recent years. In order to promote the balanced and high-quality development of the region,it is necessary to make use of big data in the context of education informatization to enable regional high-quality balanced education supervision from empirical guidance to empirical guidance. Based on the empirical data analysis of Changsha District X,the district needs to further improve the level of compulsory education guarantees,optimize the conditions for running schools,optimize the structure of the teaching staff,and reduce inter-school differences in the region.
