摘要
基于江苏沿江某高速公路长期性能跟踪观测和检测成果,从路面结构性能、破损状况以及车辙状况等方面对组合式基层、刚性基层、半刚性基层和柔性基层沥青路面长期使用性能进行综合比选分析。研究结果表明,4类不同基层沥青路面弯沉整体状况、裂缝度、车辙深度由大到小分别为:组合式(设置级配碎石过渡层)>柔性>半刚性>组合式(未设置级配碎石过渡层)>刚性;组合式(未设置级配碎石过渡层)>刚性>半刚性>柔性≈组合式(设置级配碎石过渡层);组合式(未设置和设置级配碎石过渡层)≈柔性>半刚性>刚性。采用半刚性基层沥青路面各方面性能指标比较均衡,综合性能优良;采用其他类型基层的沥青路面由于其特殊的性能指标,也有着广泛的应用范围,但仍需进一步进行研究。
Based on the tracking observation and detection result on the long-term performance of some expressway along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province,in this paper comprehensive comparison and analysis on the long-term performance of asphalt pavement are carried out from the perspectives of several indexes such as road structure performance,road damage condition and rutting condition,etc.for the combined base,rigid base,semi-rigid base and flexible base.The study shows that the overall deflection condition,crack degree and rutting depth of four types of asphalt pavement with different base are respectively large to small as follow:combined base(setting graded crushed stone transition layer)>flexible base>semi-rigid base>combined base>rigid base;combined base>rigid base>semi-rigid base>flexible base≈combined base(setting graded crushed stone transition layer);combined base(setting and not setting graded crushed stone transition layer)≈flexible base>semi-rigid base>rigid base.Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has balanced performance indicators and excellent comprehensive performance;while because of its special performance index,asphalt pavement with other types of base has a wide range of applications,but further studies need to be carried out.
