摘要
通过分析目前各种计算行车速度的理论关系,并分析目前公路几何设计方法--运行速度检验法存在的技术问题,提出了几何容许车速概念以及基于几何容许车速和限制车速协调性的公路线形设计方法和流程,旨在探讨公路设计阶段如何更好地考虑公路运营管理的实际车速,使限制车速能反作用于公路设计,使公路线形设计更加符合公路运营,使公路运营管理更加科学有据。
In the paper,through analysis on existing theories for calculating driving speed and the analysis on the geometric design method of running speed checking method,geometric allowable speed concept is proposed,and the design method and workflow of road alignment method based on coordination between the geometric allowable speed and speed limit are put forward.The purpose is to explore how to better consider the actual speed of highway operation management on the design stage and then make the speed limit reverted to the highway design,making the highway alignment design more consistent with highway service and faciliateing the highway operation management more scientific.
