摘要
文章以浙江省某高速公路路面预养护工程为例,基于寿命周期分析(LCA)对高等级公路沥青路面养护进行寿命周期内效果计算、费用分析、能耗与环境影响分析,并利用改进后的预防性养护时机判定方法得出实施微表处养护的最佳时机为PCI=90。研究结果说明,在相对早的时机、水平相对高的路况标准下进行预防性养护,能够获得最大的经济、社会、环保综合效果。
In this paper,the preventive maintenance of the pavement for an expressway in Zhejiang Province is taken as the background to carry out analysis,based on the Life Cycle Analysis(LCA),the maintenance effect,cost,energy consumed,and environmental impact in life cycle are analyzed.With the improved timing determination method,the optimum timing for micro-surfacing is considered to be at PCI=90.The results indicate that the preventative maintenance at a relatively earlier time and better pavement condition can produce maximum effects in terms of economy,society,and environment.
