卷取温度对热轧搪瓷钢板抗鳞爆性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用光学显微镜(OM)、透射电镜(TEM)和电化学氢渗透试验研究了一种热轧后在550、600和640℃卷取的5 mm厚钢板的微观组织和抗氢渗透性能。结果表明:随着卷取温度的升高,搪瓷用钢板的铁素体晶粒和小颗粒析出相的尺寸增大。在600℃卷取的钢板的氢渗透值TH大于550和640℃卷取的钢板,这是因为前者的晶粒较均匀,Ti4C2S2和TiC等析出相数量较多,有利于提高搪瓷用钢板的抗鳞爆性能。此外,氢渗透值TH主要受钢板单位体积内析出相数量的影响,与其呈线性比例。 Microstructure and resistance to hydrogen permeation of a 5-mm-thick steel plate hot-rolled then coiled at temperatures of 550℃,600℃,and 640℃were investigated by optical microscopy(OM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electrochemical hydrogen permeation test.The results showed that the ferrite grains and small-granule precipitates in the steel plate became coarser with the increase of coiling temperatures,and that hydrogen permeation value TH of the steel plate coiled at 600℃was larger than those coiled at 550℃and at 640℃,because the former had more uniform grains and more precipitates such as Ti4C2S2 and TiC,which are beneficial to the improvement in fish-scaling resistance of the enamelled steel plate.In addition,the hydrogen permeation value TH was mainly affected by the amount of the precipitates per unit volume of the steel plate,and was linearly proportional to it.
