摘要
基于关系质量理论和动态能力理论,建立研发外包中关系质量对企业创新绩效影响机制的理论模型,利用来自中国9个服务外包示范城市的424个样本企业数据,采用结构方程模型分析方法进行实证检验。结果表明:研发外包中企业动态能力对其创新绩效具有显著正向作用;关系质量对企业创新绩效没有显著的直接促进作用,但关系质量能够通过提高知识共享程度和知识转移程度,增强企业动态能力,间接促进企业创新绩效提升。
On the basis of relationship quality theory and dynamic capability theory,this study establishes a theoretical model of the influence mechanism of relationship quality on innovation performance in R&D outsourcing,and uses the structural equation model to conduct empirical tests based on 424 valid samples from nine service outsourcing demonstration cities in China.The results show that the dynamic ability of enterprises in R&D outsourcing has a significant positive effect on their innovation performance;the relationship quality has no significant direct effect on the enterprise innovation performance,but the relationship quality can promote the dynamic ability of enterprises by improving the degree of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer,thus indirectly achieve the role of enterprise innovation performance.
