摘要
视觉中国"黑洞"事件揭开了国内图片版权生态乱象。与传统图片版权保护模式不同的是,移动互联网时代下的图片版权保护更加的复杂,侵权现象更加普遍,涉及的范围也更广。这些问题的产生既有历史原因也有现实原因,再加上当前国内图片版权资源平台商业模式本身存在缺陷,也加剧了移动互联网时代下图片版权保护的难度。鉴于此,必须从国家法律、行业自律以及技术介入等不同角度来系统建构移动互联网时代下的图片版权保护体系。
The black hole incident has uncovered the ecological chaos of domestic picture copyright. Unlike the traditional picture copyright protection mode, the picture copyright protection in the era of mobile Internet is more complex, the infringement phenomenon is more common, and the scope involved is wider. These problems are caused by both historical and practical reasons. In addition, the current domestic business model of photo copyright resources platform itself has defects, which also aggravates the difficulty of image copyright protection in the era of mobile Internet. In view of this, it is necessary to systematically construct a picture copyright protection system in the era of mobile Internet from different perspectives such as national law, industry self-discipline and technology intervention.
