摘要
目的了解全日制公共卫生硕士(MPH)实践教学现状及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对2017-2019级全日制MPH在理论学习、社会实践及课题研究中的实践教学情况及影响因素进行普查。结果64.6%的MPH对培养目标有正确认知。认为课程设置未突出培养目标、实践类教学内容较少的MPH分别占39.6%、37.5%。认为实习基地整体安排欠妥、重视程度不够、培养目标不明确的MPH分别占43.8%、41.7%和37.5%。除尚未确定毕业论文题目的学生外,其余学生的毕业论文方向均与校内导师研究方向一致。结论全日制MPH专业实践有待加强,培养目标不明确、课程设置不合理、实践安排欠妥、重视程度不够、未将毕业论文与社会实践结合是其主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the practice teaching status and its influencing factors of full-time master of public health(MPH)in a medical college.Methods A census was conducted using a self-designedquestionnaireto investigate thepractice teaching status and its influencing factors in the three aspects of theoretical learning,social practice and subject research of full-time MPH from 2017-2019 grade in the school of public health.Results Only 64.58%of the students had a correct cognition about training objective of MPH.39.58%of the students believed that the curriculum setting did not reflect the training objective of MPH,and 37.50%of the students realized that practical teaching content of full-time MPH was less.In terms of social practice:The students who considered to be inadequate in overall arrangement,have not taken enough emphasis on and lack the awareness of training objectives accounted for 43.75%,41.67%and 37.50%of the total number of students,respectively.Except for the students who not yet decided on the topic of graduation thesis,the thesis directions of other students were consistent with the research directions of their intramural tutors.Conclusion Professional practice of full-time MPH needs to be strengthened.The main influencing factors to practice level of MPH were unclear training objectives,unreasonable course setting,improper practice arrangement,insufficient attention and failure to combine graduation thesis with social practice.
