富血小板血浆治疗骨关节炎的文献计量和可视化分析

Bibliometric and visual analysis of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of osteoarthritis

目的:基于WOS核心合集中的富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗骨关节炎(OA)的英文文献,通过CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,进而探究研究现状以及热点问题。方法:在web of science(WOS)核心合集以主题词TS=(platelet rich plasma*or PRP),TS=(osteoarthritis*or OA)检索2003-2019年发表的英文文献,再通过CiteSpace软件进行相关可视化分析。结果:2003-2019年共发表606篇英文文献,年发文量逐年增多。美国、中国和意大利的发文量占总量的60.39%。发文量前10的机构中,意大利里佐利骨科研究所发表文献24篇,排第1。美国进入排名的机构有7个,中国进入排名2个。美、意机构间的合作普遍超过3个,中国机构间合作不超过2个。绝大多数主要研究者已经形成了较好的合作网络,美、意两国的高产作者多。关键词共现分析中,与临床研究相关的透明质酸出现186次,PRP结合干细胞研究方向相关的干细胞出现160次,与PRP治疗OA机制相关的软骨细胞出现40次。被引频次排名前5篇的文献均为来自意大利里佐利骨科研究中心的临床研究,有2项随机对照实验。结论:目前PRP治疗OA的研究热度呈上升趋势,我国研究机构以及研究者还需加强合作,促进产出。今后仍需关注的高质量临床研究、PRP联合干细胞在软骨修复的应用以及深入的对软骨细胞的机制研究。

Objective: Based on the English literature of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the core collection of WOS for the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA),visual analysis was carried out by CiteSpace software to explore the research status and hot issues.Methods: In the core collection of web of science(WOS),the subject word TS=(platelet rich plasma* or PRP),TS=(osteoarthritis* or OA)were used to search the English literature which were published from 2003 to 2019,and then the relevant visual analysis was carried out by CiteSpace.Results: A total of 606 English articles were published from 2003 to 2019,and the annual publication number of articles was increasing year by year.The United States,China,and Italy accounted for 60.39% of the total publication.Among the top 10 institutions,Rizzoli Orthopaedics Institute from Italy ranked the 1 th with published 24 articles.The United States was ranked by seven institutions and China by two.There were generally more than 3 inter-agency cooperation between U.S and Italian,and no more than 2 in China.Most of the major researchers have formed a good cooperation network,and there were many productive authors in the U.S and Italy.In the analysis of key word co-occurrence,hyaluronic acid related to clinical research appeared186 times,stem cells related to PRP-binding stem cell research appeared 160 times,and chondrocytes related to PRP in the treatment of OA mechanism appeared 40 times.The top 5 cited articles were all all clinical studies from the Rizzoli Orthopaedics Institute from Italy,including 2 randomized controlled trials.Conclusion: At present,the research popularity of PRP in the treatment of OA is on the rise,and Chinese research institutions and researchers still need to strengthen the cooperation to promote output.In the future,we still need to pay attention to high-quality clinical research,the application of PRP combined with stem cells in cartilage repair and in-depth study of the chondrocytes mechanism.
