摘要
表观遗传现象N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)修饰是大多数真核生物mRNA和lncRNA中最丰富的修饰之一,参与了包括女性生殖系统、神经系统、运动系统疾病的发生过程,并与病毒感染相关疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤等人类复杂疾病密切相关。本文综述了m6A甲基化修饰的机制及其生理学意义,重点总结了目前已有文献报道的m6A Writers、Readers与Erasers在妇科疾病发生发展中的作用,并分别阐述其相应分子机制。
Epigenetic phenomenon N6-methyladenosine(M6A)modification is one of the most abundant modifications in most eukaryotes mRNA and lncRNA,which involves in the occurrence of diseases including female reproductive system,nervous system,and motor system,and is closely related to virus infection-related diseases,metabolic diseases,tumors,and other complex diseases.This paper reviews the mechanism and physiological significance of M6A methylation modification,summarizes the effect of M6A Writers,Readers,and Erasers in the occurrence and development of gynecological diseases,and expounds their corresponding molecular mechanisms respectively.
