Upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the correct direction in the reform of state-owned enterprises(SOEs). This article starts with the necessity of improving the corporate governance system, analyzes the shortcomings and problems in the current governance system of state-owned enterprises, and explores how to integrate the Party leadership into all aspects of corporate governance and build a sound corporate governance system with Chinese characteristics, so as to lead and secure high-quality growth for state-owned enterprises.
