肠造口患者延续护理质量评价指标体系的构建

Construction of evaluation index system of continuous nursing quality for patients with enterostomy

目的目的构建肠造口患者延续护理质量评价体系,为护理人员评价肠造口患者延续护理质量提供参考依据。方法通过文献回顾、临床调查及专家函询,确定肠造口患者延续护理质量评价体系的具体内容。结果两轮函询问卷回收率分别是96.15%和100%,两轮专家函询权威程度分别为0.826和0.837,两轮函询的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.275和0.271。肠造口患者延续护理质量评价体系包括3个1级指标,11个2级指标,50个3级指标。结论肠造口患者延续护理质量评价指标体系内容科学性和可靠性良好,可为肠造口患者延续护理质量评价提供依据。

Objective To construct a continuous nursing quality evaluation system for patients with enterostomy,and to provide reference for nursing staff to evaluate the quality of transitional care of patients with enterostomy.Methods Through literature review,clinical investigation and expert consultation,the specific content of the continuous nursing quality evaluation system for patients with enterostomy was determined.Results The two rounds of inquiry volume recovery rates were 96.15%and 100%respectively.The authoritative degrees of the two rounds of experts were 0.826 and 0.837 respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence were 0.275 and 0.271 respectively.The transitional care quality evaluation system for patients with enterostomy includes three first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 61 third-level indicators.Conclusion The content of the continuous nursing quality evaluation system for patients with enterostomy is scientific and reliable,which can provide a basis for the evaluation of transitional care quality of patients with stoma.
