摘要
单晶PERC电池提效成为当今光伏电池环节技术最重要的课题。扩散作为电池PN结工序,重要性不言而喻。扩散效果的好坏通常通过方阻的大小以及均匀性进行体现。以单晶PERC单面电池产品为例,通过调整扩散工艺中温度、时间以及气体流量等参数,研究其对扩散方阻的影响,进而分析对电池电学性能的影响作用,最终优化扩散工艺条件。
Improving efficiency of monocrystalline silicon PERC cell has become the most important subject of photovoltaic cell technology.Diffusion,as the manufacturing process of battery PN junction,is of great importance.The diffusion effect is usually reflected bythe square resistance and uniformity.In this paper,taking monocrystalline silicon PERC single side battery products as an example,by adjusting the diffusion process parameters such as temperature,time and gas flow,the influence on the diffusion square resistance index is studied,and then the influence on the battery electrical performance is analyzed,and the optimal diffusion process conditions are found out.
