摘要
在多种不同的物性方程下,利用Aspen Plus软件模拟乙炔气在1,4-丁炔二醇中溶解度。在模拟中分别取不同的压力和温度来进行研究,通过模拟值和实验值进行对比,得到最适合用于乙炔气在1,4-丁炔二醇中溶解度计算的物性方程。研究进料组分流量比对模拟结果的影响,得到Aspen Plus软件模拟的稳定性较高。通过最优物性方法研究乙炔气在1,4-丁炔二醇中的溶解度,分析温度和压力的变化对其溶解度的影响。
The solubility of acetylene gas in 1.4-butynediol was simulated by Aspen Plus under various physical property equations.By comparing the simulation value with the experimental value,the best physical property equation for calculating the solubility of acetylene in 1,4-butynediol was obtained.Then,the influence of the flow ratio of feed components on the simulation results is studied,and the high stability of simulation is obtained by Aspen Plus software.The solubility of acetylene in 1,4-butynediol was studied by the method of optimum physical property.The effect of temperature and pressure on the solubility was analyzed.
