摘要
针对三塔精馏工艺能耗较大的问题,旨在提升甲醇回收率并降低能耗,在分析单塔、双塔以及三塔精馏工艺流程的基础上,根据实际生产情况基于Aspen Plus软件建立三塔精馏工艺模型,并结合理论分析和降能的综合因素下,对各塔工艺环节中的关键参数进行优化。经实践表明,优化后的工艺参数有效提升了甲醇的回收率,降低了甲醇精馏的能耗。
Aiming at the problem of large energy consumption in three tower distillation process,aiming to improve the methanol recovery rate and reduce energy consumption,based on the analysis of single tower,double tower and three tower distillation process flow,according to the actual production situation,based on Aspen Plus software,three tower distillation process model is established.And the key parameters of each tower process link are optimized under the combination of theoretical analysis and comprehensive factors of energy reduction.The practice shows that the optimized process parameters effectively improve the recovery of methanol and reduce the energy consumption of methanol distillation.
