摘要
针对目前低温油洗工艺LPG收率不稳定、工艺条件控制难的问题,从吸收温度、压力、吸收剂组分、液气比等方面研究,寻找最佳控制点,进一步优化低温油洗工艺操作,进而达到增产、节能降耗的目的。
In order to solve the problems of unstable LPG yield and difficult control of process conditions in low temperature oil washing process,this paper studies the absorption temperature,pressure,absorbent component,liquid gas ratio,etc.,seeks for the best control point,further optimizes the operation of low temperature oil washing process,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing production,saving energy and reducing consumption.
