18105回风顺槽二次动压巷道围岩控制技术应用

摘要 针对18105回风顺槽受18103回采期间采动影响,局部顶板下沉、底鼓等现象,导致巷道围岩变形严重、维护难度大、维护成本费用高,为了保证18105工作面安全高效回采,对巷道顶板受动压影响情况进行了窥视,分析了巷道原有一次支护及补强支护的受力情况、巷道受压成因等,并根据实际生产情况,提出了"棚架支护+注浆加固"联合围岩控制措施,通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护措施后有效控制了应力区巷道围岩塑性变形率,防止了巷道顶板破碎、断裂、煤壁片帮等现象,具有显著应用成效。 In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of 18105 working face,this paper peeps at the impact of dynamic pressure on the roof of the roadway,analyzes the stress of the original support and reinforcement support.According to the actual production situation,it puts forward the combined surrounding rock control measures of "scaffolding support+grouting reinforcement".According to the practical application effect,the combined support measures can effectively control the plastic deformation rate of the surrounding rock in the stress area,prevent the roof plate from breaking,fracture,coal wall spalling and other phenomena,and have remarkable application effect.
