焦化企业循环水的处理工艺研究

Study on the treatment process of circulating water in coking enterprises

水循环系统作为焦化生产企业的核心系统,其工作时的稳定性和可靠性直接决定了焦化生产的安全性和经济性。针对现有的焦化企业循环水处理工艺流程繁琐、经济性差、循环水处理周期长、极大影响焦化处理效率和经济性的现状,提出了一种新的焦化企业循环水处理工艺,其采用了多重物理过滤的综合净化处理工艺,根据实际应用结果表明该循环水处理工艺具有工艺流程简单、循环水处理效率高、经济性好的优点,水循环量达到70%以上,极大的提升了焦化企业的生产稳定性好经济性,具有较大的应用推广价值。

As the core system of coking production enterprises,the stability and reliability of water circulation system directly determine the safety and economy of coking production.In view of the present situation that the existing circulating water treatment process of coking enterprises is tedious with poor economy,long cycle of circulating water treatment,which greatly affects the efficiency and economy of coking treatment,a new circulating water treatment process of coking enterprises is proposed,which adopts the comprehensive purification process of multiple physical filtration.According to the practical application results,it shows that the circulating water treatment process has advantages of a simple process flow,high efficiency and good economy of circulating water treatment,the amount of water circulation is more than 70%,which greatly improves the production stability and good economy of coking enterprises,and has great application and promotion value.
