工业园区作为各类工业企业生产聚集区,一旦发生突发环境事件影响将更大,故要求工业园区必须编制园区突发环境事件应急预案。分析了园区突发环境事件应急预案和单个企业突发环境事件应急预案的区别及其注意事项,以期为更好的指导园区编制行之有效的突发环境事件应急预案。

As the production gathering area of all kinds of industrial enterprises,the industrial park will have a greater impact once an environmental emergency occurs,so it is required that the industrial park must prepare an emergency plan for environmental emergencies in the park.This paper analyzes the differences and precautions between the emergency plan for environmental emergencies in the park and the emergency plan for environmental emergencies in a single enterprise,in order to better guide the park to formulate an effective emergency plan for environmental emergencies.
