摘要
食品制造业通过设备和机器制造食品,转变了食物的形态,是将牲畜和农产品转化为即时或最终消费产品的复杂系统。进入新时期,科学的发展与先进的技术使食品制造业的式发生了重要转变。通过分析食品制造业的相关研究,认为食品制造业不只专注于过程的设计与改进,在人机结合、技术融合、大规模定制、高端创新和产业链的延长等方面也面临新的机遇与挑战,智能模型和智能技术正在重新塑造该行业。
The food manufacturing industry transforms the shape of food through equipment and machinery.It is a complex system that converts livestock and agricultural products into instant or final consumer products.In the new era,the development of science and advanced technology have made a big change in the paradigm of food manufacturing.This paper through the research of food manufacturing,concluding that food manufacturing not only focus on the design and improvement,but in human-machine integration,technology convergence,mass customization,high-level innovation and the extension of the industry chain also facing new opportunities and challenges,smart models and smart technologies are reshaping the industry.
