摘要
为强化学生创新意识和CDIO工程实践能力,依托智慧树平台进行小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)建设,以知识准备、知识传授、知识内化、知识升华和能力评价为主线,从教学准备、教学实施(课前、课中和课后)和教学评价三个方面,系统构建食品专业SPOC混合实践教学模式,充分体现"教师主导、学生主体"的教育理念。SPOC混合实践教学模式符合国家政策导向,符合应用型创新人才的培养目标,有利于应用型本科高校可持续发展,具有广泛的应用价值及推广价值。
In order to strengthen students’innovation consciousness and CDIO engineering practice ability,SPOC mixed practice teaching mode based on wisdom tree was systematically constructed from three aspects,which were teaching preparation,teaching implementation(before,during and after class)and teaching evaluation,with taking knowledge preparation,knowledge transmission,knowledge internalization,knowledge sublimation and ability evaluation as the main line,which fully reflects"teacher-directed,student-centered"educational concept.SPOC mixed practice teaching mode was consistent with the national policy and the training goal of application-oriented innovative talents,and it was conducive to the sustainable development of application-oriented universities,which has wide application and promotion value.
