表面增强拉曼光谱法快速测定娃娃菜中啶虫脒残留 被引量:2

Determination of Acetamiprid in Baby Cabbage Based on Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering

摘要 基于表面增强拉曼光谱技术和样品前处理技术,建立了娃娃菜中啶虫脒农药残留的快速检测方法。通过试验,对样品前处理过程中萃取盐、净化剂的种类和用量,检测环节中待测液用量、增强基底纳米金用量以及待测液和纳米金混合时间进行优化。在最优条件下,娃娃菜中啶虫脒的表面增强拉曼光谱图在628 cm-1处的特征峰面积与浓度在1.0~60 mg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9911。该方法的最低检出浓度为0.5 mg/kg。当加标浓度为1,2和5 mg/kg时,回收率在81.0%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差范围为3.3%~8.5%(n=6)。该方法前处理简单快速、准确度高,能满足娃娃菜中啶虫脒残留的检测要求。 Based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering and sample preparation techniques,a rapid detection method for acetamiprid in baby cabbage was established.Through experiment,the type and amount of extracting salt and purifying agent in the sample pretreatment process,and the amount of the extracted solution,gold nanoparticles and the mixing time of the two solution in the detection process were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the peak area at 628 cm-1 in the spectrum of acetamiprid and the concentration between 1.0 and 60 mg/kg had a good linear relationship,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9911.The minimum detectable concentration was 0.5 mg/kg.When the spiked content was 1,2 and 5 mg/kg,the recoveries were 81.0%-110.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.3%-8.5%(n=6).The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and it satisfied the detection requirements of acetamiprid residue in vegetable.
