旅游景区新冠肺炎传播风险点与管控对策 被引量:5

Risk Points of COVID-19 Transmission in Tourist Scenic Spots and its Countermeasures

摘要 国内新冠肺炎疫情控制态势整体趋好,为保障旅游景区安全有序开放,需要开展疫情传播风险评估,并制定科学的疫情防控措施。本文分析了新冠肺炎疫情在景区的传播途径,总结了四种高风险场景,例如人群密集且人员间距过近、通风差、不戴口罩高声说话和饮食、物品高频共用无法及时消毒,辨识出旅游景区在测温、安检机、交通接驳车辆、餐厅、公共卫生间、观景拍照点、栏杆雕塑以及门把手和开关按钮等处可能存在的风险点,并在文旅部指南的基础上,结合景区现场调研提出了多项风险管控措施,包括风险沟通、年票纳入预约、多次测温防范漏检、停用安检机代以开包验视、单向流、卫生间免接触、疏导拍照滞留聚集行为、警惕儿童的不安全行为和巡查扎堆不戴口罩行为,为旅游景区疫情期间安全开放提供了参考。 Along with the better control of domestic novel coronavirus pneumonia,it is necessary to carry out risk assessment of epidemic transmission,and formulate scientific epidemic prevention and control measures so as to provide guidance for ensuring safe and orderly opening of tourist attractions.This paper analyzed the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in the scenic area,summarized four high-risk scenes,which are dense population and close distance between tourists,poor ventilation,talking loudly with no mask and dining,and high frequency sharing of articles that cannot be disinfected in time.The possible risk points in the tourist attractions were identified,such as temperature measurement,security inspection machine,traffic connecting vehicle,restaurant,public toilet,viewing photo spot,railing sculpture,door handle and switch button,etc.On the basis of the guidance of the Ministry of culture and tourism,combined with the site investigation of the scenic spots,this paper put forward a number of risk management and control measures,including risk communication,annual ticket included in the appointment,multiple temperature measurement to prevent missing inspection,stop using security inspection machine instead of open package inspection,one-way flow,no contact in the toilet,conduct photo taking and detention,be alert to children’s unsafe behaviors,and patrol the behavior of piling up and not wearing masks,providing a reference for the safe opening of tourist attractions during the epidemic period.
