民族理筋手法对大鼠运动性骨骼肌损伤血清标志物影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对大鼠骨骼肌损伤血清标志物的研究,探索回族理筋手法对大鼠运动性骨骼肌损伤的治疗作用及其机制。方法:选用SPF级健康雄性SD大鼠63只,随机分为模型对照组9只、空白组18只、自然恢复组18只、治疗组18只。除空白组外,其余各组均在跑台上进行一次性持续下坡跑运动,造模4周结束后,治疗组给予回族理筋手法治疗。治疗结束后分别对各组大鼠股四头肌处应用红外线热成像仪进行损伤局部温度测定,同时对损伤标志物血清肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MM)、乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)及肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,Mb)进行检测。结果:造模4周结束后,与空白组比较,模型对照组局部温度、血清CK-MM、LDH、Mb指标均增高(P<0.01);治疗1周组血清CK-MM、LDH水平较自然恢复1周组下降明显(P<0.05),治疗2周后各项指标均恢复至正常水平。结论:回族理筋手法可能通过对血清标志物的调节,从而达到一定的治疗效果。 Objective:Through the study of serum markers of skeletal muscle injury in rats,to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Hui nationality tendon-regulation manipulation on rats′ exercise-induced skeletal muscle injury.Methods:Sixty three male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into model control group(9 rats),blank group(18 rats),natural recovery group(18 rats)and treatment group(18 rats).In addition to the blank group,the other groups were in the running platform for a one-time continuous downhill running for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of modeling,the treatment group was given the treatment of the Hui nationality tendon-regulation manipulation. At the end of the treatment,the local temperature of the quadriceps femoris was measured by infrared thermal imager,and the serum creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MM),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and myoglobin(Mb)were measured. Results:After 4 weeks of molding,compared with the blank group,the local temperature,serum contents of CK-MM,LDH and Mb of the model group were all increased(P<0.01). After treatment of one week,the levels of serum CK-MM and LDH in treatment group was significantly lower than those in natural recovery group(P<0.05);after treatment of 2 weeks,all indexes returned to normal level in treatment group. Conclusion:Hui nationality tendon-regulation manipulation can achieve a certain therapeutic effect by adjusting the serum markers.
