摘要
EDUCA是泰国“教师专业发展年度大会”的简称。EDUCA旨在全面提高泰国教师队伍的专业水平,从而整体推动教育事业的改革与发展。自2007年以来,EDUCA立足于泰国教育发展需求和世界教育改革潮流,在两个方面开展了积极探索:通过共同参与、共同发展的方式整合社会资源,促进各类组织机构在教育领域的广泛合作;构建以国际会议、工作坊、校长论坛、展览会为基本内容的活动框架,为全国教育工作者搭建对话交流的平台。EDUCA 2019生动地展示了自身的教育前瞻性以及合作与交流的价值追求。EDUCA有利于推动“泰国4.0战略”和东盟教育一体化,也为我国基础教育改革和教师专业发展提供借鉴和参考。
EDUCA is short for"Teacher Professional Development Annual Conference"in Thailand.EDUCA aims to comprehensively improve the professional level of the teaching staff in Thailand,thereby promoting the reform and development of education as a whole.Based on the development needs of education in Thailand and the trend of world education reform,EDUCA has been actively exploring in two aspects since 2007.First,it integrates social resources through joint participation and common development,and promotes extensive cooperation among various organizations in the field of education.The second is to build an activity framework with international conferences,workshops,principal forums,and exhibitions as the basic content,and to build a platform of dialogue and communication for educators across the country.EDUCA 2019 vividly demonstrates its educational prospectiveness and the value pursuit of cooperation and communication.EDUCA is not only conducive to promoting the"Thailand 4.0 Strategy"and the integration of ASEAN education,it can also provide reference for China's basic education reform and teacher professional development.
