基于CDIO“4+0”联合培养项目实施方案研究

摘要 "4+0"高职与普通本科联合培养项目是一种新型本科层次职业教育,人才培养过程中更注重工程实践能力的培养,CDIO工程教育模式致力于高校教育与工程实践之间关系的重构,在"4+0"联合培养项目中实施CDIO工程教育对应用型本科技术人才的培养更有积极意义。以研究人才培养目标定位为切入点,校企共同制定基于CDIO工程教育的人才培养方案,构建相互关联、互为贯通的CDIO工程教育课程体系,提升专业教师CDIO工程教育能力,实现高职本科人才系统化培养过程管理,切实提升高职本科学生CDIO工程构思、设计、运行及实施能力。 Higher vocational education and ordinary undergraduate joint training project"4+0"is a new type of vocational undergraduate education, and it pays more attention to the cultivation of engineering practice ability in the process of talents training.CDIO engineering education mode devotes to the reconstruction of the relation between university education and engineering practice, so CDIO engineering education has positive significance in the "4+0" joint training project for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate technical talents. Taking talents training target as the breakthrough point, the school and enterprise jointly formulate talents cultivation plan based on CDIO engineering education, construct curriculum system based on the CDIO engineering education that is connected to each other, improving the capacity of professional teachers CDIO engineering education, to realize the management of systematic cultivation of undergraduate talents in higher vocational colleges and improve the ability of higher vocational undergraduate students in CDIO engineering conception, design, operation and implementation.
