高职班级凝聚力建设的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Construction of Class Cohesion in Higher Vocational Colleges

班级凝聚力是班级成长为优秀集体的动力机制,但是在高职院校班级中,还存在着影响班级凝聚力的负面因素,主要包括班级制度不尽合理,学生学习目标不够明确,班主任、学生干部等角色职能没有充分发挥,班级集体活动不够等原因。加强班级凝聚力建设,还需要加强和完善班级制度建设,强化专业认知教育,班主任和班干部要充分履行角色分工,开展好班级活动。

Class cohesion is the power mechanism for a class to grow into an excellent collective. However, in the classes of higher vocational colleges, there are still negative factors that affect the class cohesion, mainly including unreasonable class system, unclear learning objectives of students, insufficient role and function of class teachers and student cadres, and insufficient class collective activities. To strengthen the construction of class cohesion, the construction of class system needs to be strengthened and improved,professional cognitive education should be strengthened, class teachers and class cadres should fully perform their role positioning and class activities should be carried out.
