国赛文秘速录赛项与国际速联大赛之比较

Comparisons between Secretarial Speed Recording Events in National Competition and INTERSTENO Competition

世界技能大赛日益受到各国关注,中国选手近年来屡屡在国际速联比赛中摘金夺银,也推动了国办文秘速录技能竞赛活动的开展。通过对国际速联比赛和国内文秘速录比赛的参赛方式、比赛内容及成绩评判方式等方面进行比较,提示国内选手备赛时的注意事项和着力点,阐述国际速联大赛对中国选手备赛的启示、中国选手参加国际速联大赛的意义,进一步丰富国内高职院校文秘速录专业"以赛促教、以赛促学"培养模式的内涵。

World vocational skills competition has been paid more and more attention by many countries. In recent years, Chinese athletes have repeatedly won gold and silver in INTERSTENO Competition, which has also promoted the development of Chinese secretarial skills contest. This paper compares the competition mode, competition content and performance evaluation methods of the INTERSTENO Competition with those of the domestic Secretarial Speed Record Competition, and points out the matters needing attention and focus of the domestic athletes in preparing for the competitions. It also expounds the inspiration of the INTERSTENO Competition for Chinese athletes in preparing for the competition and the significance of Chinese athletes in participating in the INTERSTENO Competition. It is hoped that this paper can further enrich the connotation of the training mode of"to promote teaching by competition and to promote learning by competition"for secretarial stenography specialty in domestic higher vocational colleges.
