火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定克痢痧胶囊中雄黄的含量

摘要 目的:建立克痢痧胶囊中雄黄的含量测定方法。方法:采用微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定雄黄中砷的含量。结果:在10~100μg·ml^-1的浓度范围内,采用二次方程拟合,砷的吸光度与浓度的曲线拟合良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.0%(n=9),检测限与定量限分别为0.47μg·ml^-1与1.60μg·ml^-1。结论:火焰原子吸收分光光度法专属性好,灵敏度高,方法简单、准确,可用于克痢痧胶囊中雄黄的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method to determine realgar in Kelisha capsules. Methods: Arsenic in Kelisha capsules was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS) after microwave digestion. Results: There was a good curve fitting between the absorbance and the concentration of arsenic within the range of 10-100μg·ml^-1( r = 1.000 0) by quadratic equation fitting,the average recovery was 98.5%,and the RSD was 1.0%( n = 9). The limit of detection and quantification was 0.47 μg·ml^-1 and 1.60μg·ml^-1,respectively. Conclusion: The method of FAAS is accurate and simple with good specificity and high sensitivity. It can be used for the quality control of realgar in Kelisha capsules.
