Comparison of Prescription Disinfection Methods for Corona Virus Disease 2019

目的:分析比较不同的处方消毒方法,为新型冠状病毒疫情背景下医院药房和社会药房的感染防控提供参考。方法:分析比较紫外线消毒、干热法、低温甲醛蒸汽消毒、环氧乙烷气体消毒和臭氧气体消毒等纸质消毒方法的特点和差异。结果:不同的处方消毒方法在消毒效果、操作便捷性、运行成本、环保性等方面存在一定差异。结论:药房应根据实际情况选择适当的处方消毒方法,对处方及时消毒以防范处方污染引起的潜在感染风险。

Objective: To analyze and compare different prescription disinfection methods,and to provide reference for infection prevention and control in hospital pharmacy and social pharmacy under the background of new coronavirus epidemic. Methods: The characteristics and differences of paper disinfection methods such as ultraviolet disinfection,dry heat disinfection,formaldehyde low temperature steam disinfection,ethylene oxide disinfection and ozone disinfection were analyzed and compared. Results: There were some differences in disinfection effect,operation cost,operation convenience and environmental protection of different prescription disinfection methods. Conclusion: Pharmacies should choose appropriate disinfection methods according to the actual situation,and disinfect prescriptions in time to prevent potential infection risk caused by prescription pollution.
