摘要
海洋工程很难长期保持混凝土结构的完整,分析出现这一问题的原因,在此基础上设计出一种持久耐用的海工混凝土,同时,利用聚丙烯纤维、钢筋阻锈剂、聚羧酸系高性能减水剂等对海工混凝土性能的辅助功能,更能适应海洋环境,有效预防氯离子渗入混凝土结构,降低海水对混凝土结构的侵蚀,促使海洋工程混凝土体积可以长期保持完整,并稳定发挥其性能。
It is very difficult to maintain the integrity of concrete structure for a long time in marine engineering. Based on the analysis of the causes of this problem, a kind of durable marine concrete is designed. At the same time, the auxiliary functions of polypropylene fiber, steel bar rust inhibitor, polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer on the performance of marine engineering concrete are used to better adapt to the marine environment, effectively prevent chloride ion from permeating into the concrete structure, reduce the corrosion of the sea water on the concrete structure, and promote the volume of marine engineering concrete to maintain integrity for a long time, and stably play its performance.
