深港中轴TOD导向的站城一体化空间提升 被引量:2

摘要 随着粤港澳大湾区逐步进入实质性推动阶段,轨道交通所处的地位和承担作用也越发明显,论文在粤港澳大湾区政策解读的基础上,梳理龙华区在深港中轴的区域位置和政策优势,研判其特征趋势和机遇挑战,通过对轨道都市下TOD模式的分析,对深港中轴北延段(轨道交通四号线延长段)从一体化开发、空间利用、城市形象、单元导控4大发展策略着手,提出龙华参与深圳乃至大湾区轨道交通规划与建设的建议。 With the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area gradually entering the substantial promotion stage,the status and role of rail transit are becoming more and more obvious.Based on the interpretation of the policy of Guangdong Hong KongMacao Bay area,this paper combs the regional position and policy advantages of Longhua District in the central axis of Shenzhen and Hong Kong,and studies its characteristics,trends,opportunities and challenges.Based on the analysis of TOD mode under the rail transit city,this paper puts forward suggestions for Longhua to participate in the planning and construction of rail transit in Shenzhen and even Dawan District from the four development strategies of integrated development,space utilization,urban image and unit guidance and control for the north extension section of ShenzhenHongKong central axis(the extension section of rail transit line 4).
