Study on Purification and Treatment System of Rainfall and Sewage in Premixed Concrete Production Plant

随着中国城市化建设进程的加快,对商品混凝土的需求逐年增加,各类型混凝土搅拌站拔地而起,但商品混凝土搅拌站的雨污水处理问题一直未被重视。在这种情况下,混凝土绿色生产技术应运而生,并成为研究热点。论文设计了一种预拌混凝土生产厂区雨污水净化处理系统,该系统可有效提升污水处理效率、降低污水处理难度,对各混凝土搅拌站的雨污水处理具有参考意义。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the demand for commercial concrete is increasing year by year, and all kinds of concrete mixing plants are rising, but the rainwater and sewage treatment of commercial concrete mixing plants has not been paid attention to.In this case, the green production technology of concrete emerges as the times require and becomes a research hotspot. In this paper, a kind of rainwater and sewage purification and treatment system is designed, which can effectively improve the efficiency of sewage treatment and reduce the difficulty of sewage treatment, and has reference significance for the rainwater and sewage treatment of each concrete mixing station.
