摘要
探讨了通过为建设项目建立并应用一个以危险源管理为核心,覆盖安全生产体系多项业务,利用多种IT应用技术实现对建设项目安全生产各项业务信息化的智能预警信息系统,通过数据挖掘、统计分析,确定人、物、环境、管理等因素对安全生产可能造成事故的风险影响等级,量化后进行智能预警指数分析,获得安全体系运行状态评估并实现安全风险智能预警。
This paper discusses the establishment and application of an intelligent early warning information system for the construction project, which takes the risk source management as the core, covers many businesses of the safety production system, and uses a variety of IT application technologies to realize the informatization of various businesses of the safety production of the construction project. Through data mining, statistical analysis, determine the level of risk impact of human, material, environment, management and other factors on safety production that may cause accidents. After quantification, carry out intelligent early warning index analysis to obtain the operation status assessment of safety system and realize the intelligent early warning of safety risk.
