电力基建工程管理是保障工程项目质量的关键所在。基于此,本研究主要针对电力基建工程管理中的常见问题进行分析;并提出运用完善工程管理制度、实施针对性管理、组建专业管理人员队伍、引入全过程质量控制法等措施,提升电力基建工程管理质量,以期为电力基建工程建设提供良好的支持。

Power infrastructure project management is the key to ensure the quality of the project. Based on this, this study mainly analyzes the common problems in the management of electric power infrastructure projects, and proposes to improve the management quality of electric power infrastructure projects by improving the project management system, implementing targeted management, establishing a team of professional managers, and introducing the whole process quality control method, so as to provide good support for the construction of electric power infrastructure projects.
