Strengthening the Efficiency of National Quality Infrastructure in Optimizing the Business Environment

本文揭示了国家质量基础设施关键要素与优化营商环境的内在联系,阐述了国家质量基础设施是营商环境关键领域,优化营商环境倚重国家质量基础设施的技术支撑,建立了国家质量基础设施内部结构系统与优化营商环境框架模型,对构建国家质量基础设施新型举国体制强化营商环境效能提出了探索性思路。

This paper reveals the internal relationship between the key elements of National Quality Infrastructure and the optimization of business environment, expounds that National Quality Infrastructure is the key area of business environment, and optimizing business environment relies on National Quality Infrastructure’s technical support. It also establishes the National Quality Infrastructure’s internal structure system and the framework model of optimizing business environment. At last, this paper points out an exploratory ideas on how to strengthen the efficiency of National Quality Infrastructure in optimizing the business environment, and builds a new type of national system with concentrated efforts and resources for major events or projects.
