摘要
由于应急救援装备的特殊工况需要,安全性是其最为重要的技术指标之一。为了得到更好地产品安全性能,各国都制定了一系列的标准,以规范设计过程。本文介绍了欧盟标准中,关于控制系统安全的设计思路,并以应急救援装备的高空平台超载功能为例,阐述了功能安全设计的作用。
Safety is one of its most important technical indicators due to the special working conditions of emergency rescue equipment. In order to achieve a better safety performance, many countries have developed a series of standards to standardize the design process. This paper introduces the design ideas of the safety of control systems in the EU standards, and takes the overload function of the aerial work platform of emergency rescue equipment as an example to illustrate the roles of safety design.
