低灰分工业蛋白粉的制备及其纸张施胶性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 探究了水解时间、水解温度、水解液比3个因素对皮革蛋白粉各项性能的影响,以灰分含量为指标进行正交试验找到最低灰分蛋白粉的制备工艺.同时,利用丙三醇三缩水甘油醚在碱性环境下对蛋白粉进行交联改性,以过硫酸钾作为引发剂,丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯作为接枝单体,制得胶原蛋白的接枝共聚物乳液,经洗涤、烘干后得到施胶剂,对瓦楞纸进行施胶处理后,测试其对瓦楞纸抗拉伸性能及防水性能的影响.结果表明:在水解时间为10 h,水解温度为90℃,水解液比为7的条件下制备的水解液用H2S04中和后制得的蛋白粉灰分含量可低至5.8%,经施胶处理后的瓦楞纸抗拉伸性能和防水性能均得到了显著提升. The effects of hydrolysis time,hydrolysis temperature and liquid ratio on the properties of protein powder were investigated.In order to find a process for preparing the lowest ash protein powder,orthogonal test was carried out with ash content as an indicator.Using glycerol triglycidyl ether to crosslink the protein powder in an alkaline environment,using potassium persulfate as initiator,butyl acrylate and vinyl acetate as grafting monomers,a graft copolymer emulsion of collagen was prepared,which was washed and dried to obtain a sizing agent.After the sizing treatment,the effects on the tensile properties and waterproof properties of the comi gated paper were tested.The results show that when H2SO4 is used as the neutralization reagent,the ash content of the protein powder prepared under the conditions of hydrolysis time of 10 h,hydrolysis temperature of 90℃and liquid ratio of 7 could be as low as 5.8%.After the sizing treatment,the tensile properties and waterproof properties of the cormgated paper have been significantly improved.
