摘要
以聚环氧丙烷(PPG)(聚醚二元醇)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)等为原料,合成了IPDI型阳离子水性聚氨酯(CWPU).用抗氧化剂(GA80)对CWPU进行了改性,并对其耐黄变性能、乳液粒径、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐溶剂性等性能进行了测试,结果表明:抗氧化剂(GA80)的引入能提高CWPU的耐黄变性能,当添加量为4%时,耐黄变性能最好.
The polypropylene glycol(PPG)(Polyether diols),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),etc.were used as raw materials to synthesize IPDI-type cationic waterborne polyurethane(CWPU)with the antioxidant GA80.The yellowing resistance and other properties including emulsion particle size,tensile strength,elongation at break,solvent resistance,etc.of CWPU were studied.The results show that the introduction of antioxidant GA80 can improve the yellowing resistance of CWPU,and the yellowing resistance is best when the GA80 addition amount increases to 4%.
