This paper introduces the development of modern apprenticeship talent training program for modern textile technology major,the construction of the curriculum system,the management of students and the implementation of the three-stage education mechanism in the exploration stage,"3+2"alternating between work and learning,so that students learn in production and production in learning.The problems faced are listed and the solutions are proposed in the process of implementation,so as to provide the reference for the development of modern apprenticeship in the future.
