边缘话语分析视角下的新加坡华人身份建构与华语变迁

A Marginal Discourse Analysis of Chinese Immigrant Identity Construction and Changes in Mandarin in Singapore

边缘话语分析是一种以社会关切为本的后现代主义话语分析范式,主要研究边缘群体发出的边缘之音,开辟了研究移民族裔语言的新视角。新加坡是一个由移民组成的国家,不同时期的移民后代华语水平有明显差异,复杂的语言环境让华语催生出了新加坡特色。在边缘话语分析的视角下,结合新加坡特色探究新加坡华人移民与身份建构、边缘话语的寄生性与新加坡华语移借词以及新加坡在全球华语中的动态位置。

Marginal discourse analysis is a socially-committed paradigm of discourse studies to focus on the sound of the marginalized group in the mainstream world.This approach explores a new perspective on the study of immigrants’ethnic languages.Singapore is a country composed of immigrants,and the Mandarin proficiency of the descendants of immigrants in different periods is obviously different.The complex language environment causes Mandarin diversity in Singapore.This paper discusses Singaporean Chinese and identity construction,parasitism of marginal discourse and loanwords,and Singapore’s dynamic position in global Mandarin from the marginal discourse perspective.
