“后脱贫时代”教育对口支援机制创新研究——基于“组团式植入”帮扶案例分析 被引量:4

摘要 教育对口支援是通过吸收发达地区优质资源和先进经验帮助贫困地区发展教育的一种补充性政策与制度供给,是推动贫困地区提升教育精准脱贫能力的重要手段。文章通过对台江县民族中学组团帮扶的案例研究,提出了发挥党组织统领优势、优化组团帮扶机制、植入优秀文化和先进管理理念、深化学校改革释放活力、激发师生斗志、培养本土优秀管理教师队伍、做好后勤保障的"组团式植入"教育对口支援新机制和新模式。"组团式植入"教育对口支援创新模式是"后脱贫时代"实现西部民族贫困地区薄弱学校办学质量整体提升重要途径,是提升教育扶贫水平和质量的重要抓手。 Education partner assistance is a kind of complementary policy and system supply to help poor areas develop education by absorbing high-quality resources and advanced experience from developed areas,and it is an important means to promote the ability of poverty alleviation of education in poor areas.Through the case study of Group-type assistance for Education to help Taijiang county middle school for nationalities,This paper puts forward a new education partner assistance mechanism and new model of“post poverty era”which is to give full play to the leading advantages of the party organization,optimize the mechanism of group assistance,implant excellent culture and advanced management concept,deepen the reform of the school,release the vitality,stimulate the morale of teachers and students,cultivate the local excellent management teachers,and do a good job in logistics support.It is an important way to realize the overall improvement of the running quality of the weak schools in the Western Ethnic Poor Areas in the era of post-poverty,and an important starting point to improve the level and quality of education poverty alleviation.
