基于网络药理学研究薄荷活性成分治疗慢性胆囊炎的作用机制 被引量:4

摘要 目的:基于网络药理学方法探究薄荷活性成分治疗慢性胆囊炎的分子作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库及文献挖掘筛选薄荷活性成分及其作用靶点,利用Genecards数据库获取慢性胆囊炎相关靶点,将慢性胆囊炎相关靶点与薄荷活性成分相关靶点进行匹配得到潜在治疗靶点。构建薄荷活性成分-潜在治疗靶点网络图、蛋白互作网络图,运用Metascape数据库对潜在治疗靶点进行生物学过程及信号通路分析,利用Dis Ge NET数据库对靶点所属的类型进行归属。结果:筛选得到薄荷15个活性成分,涉及40个潜在治疗靶点,主要参与对类固醇激素的反应、对酸性化学物质的反应、上皮细胞增殖等生物过程,共涉及13条信号通路。结论:薄荷活性活性成分可能通过调控EGFR、MYC、CASP3、CCND1、VEGFA、ERBB2、MDM2、ESR1、IL6、PPARG等靶点以及Pathways in cancer、prostate cancer、AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications、PI3K-Akt signaling pathway等多个信号通路发挥薄荷活性成分治疗慢性胆囊炎的作用。 Objective To explore the molecular mechanism of active components of peppermint in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis based on network pharmacological methods. Methods TMTSP database and literature mining were used to screen mint active ingredients and their targets,Genecards database was used to obtain chronic cholecystitis related targets,and chronic cholecystitis related targets were matched with peppermint active component related targets to obtain potential therapeutic targets. Construct a mint active ingredient-potential therapeutic targetsnetwork diagram and protein interaction network diagram,use Metascape database to analyze the biological process and signal pathway of potential therapeutic targets,and use the Dis Ge NET database to assign the types of targets. Results 15 active ingredients of peppermint were screened out,which involved 40 potential therapeutic targets. They were mainly involved in biological processes such as the response to steroid hormones,the response to acidic chemicals,and the proliferation of epithelial cells,involving 13 signal pathways. Conclusion The active ingredients of peppermint may regulate EGFR,MYC,CASP3,CCND1,VEGFA,ERBB2,MDM2,ESR1,IL6,PPARG and other targets,as well as Pathways in cancer,prostate cancer,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,PI3K-Multiple signaling pathways such as Akt signaling pathway play the role of mint active ingredients in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.
